Digital Marketing Manager

Are you innovative and passionate about current trends and creating digital marketing campaigns? Beecroft & Bull, the gold standard in luxury men’s retail, is hiring a digital marketing manager to support the effective promotion of its brand across all digital channels. Responsibilities include management of Beecroft & Bull’s e-commerce website, product photography and asset bank, email campaigns, and social media – including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. In partnership with the management team, this individual will develop strategies to promote the relevance of Beecroft & Bull as a luxury and lifestyle brand.

Objectives of this role

  • Optimize company website as an extension of its retail service delivery.
  • Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels.
  • Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess performance and optimize user experience.
  • Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content.


  • Create and manage content for the company’s website, social media, emails, and other forms of digital communication.
  • Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques.

Skills and qualifications

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, specific experience with Shopify a plus
  • Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends
  • Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices
  • Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends
  • Strong project management skills

Preferred qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of current digital trends
  • Experience in digital marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in photo and video editing software
  • Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research
  • Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
  • Analytical mind, with a passion for retail product marketing
