Every pattern of every Gravati shoe is hand-cut; there is no "cookie cutter" assembly line aspect in making a Gravati shoe. The upper part of every model is hand-mounted on the last where it remains for a minimum of 10 days to 2 weeks to ensure a proper fit, for which Gravati shoes are best known.
